someone in my store shoplifted all i have is a video of them doing it, how can I catch them....?

Q: I have a small boutique with cameras they left the tag in the dressing room and that is how I found out someone stole something so I went right to the video and how can I catch them if they never come back to my store again? I brought the police in but they were no help. Just said that I have to wait til they come back if they ever do? but is that right I mean shouldn't the police be trying to find them!!! I am just so mad I probably already know the answer to my question. I just need to hear it from you...I find that answers in my venting system hahaha

A: How slack, sorry but I too believe the police should be helping you. I would keep hassling the police until they agree to help. I hope the shrinkage wasn't too much and that you're business is booming.
