A: I don't find a comparison of scratching crotches to adjusting lingerie legitimate. And I don't see women scratching their private areas in public ever. Zipping an open zipper be it male or female is certainly not the same either. It's just decorum. And acceptable. Playing with yourself is not. I have no idea what you are going on about "in between our legs" but I would suggest that once again you are trying to bait everyone and ignore the fact that you know the behavior is unacceptable.
