A: It is a celbration in the u.s. idk about anywhere else but it celebrates the coming of the pilgrims to the u.s. and the reason we eat so much then is because the pilgrims ate a feast with the food they grew with the native americans it is mostly just a peace thing with the native americans. and we reward them for teaching us that by taking away all of there land and making them feel bad :) jk it is :(
